Christmas was really fun this year! Jayla was old enough to be really excited about her presents and AJ was old enough to eat his wrapping paper. Good times. We started our Christmas experience by doing the whole Christmas Eve thing at my parents. Our whole family was there. We had a cute Christmas program, and Santa Claus came. I was POSITIVE that Jaybug wouldn't sit on Santa's lap, 'cause she freaked out when he got there, but after watching all of her cousins, she decided that she could do it. What a big girl!
We stayed the night at my parents, but when we got home, Jayla found that Santa had come to our house, too! She got to sit in her new princess chair and open more gifts. When she saw that she had more gifts than AJ, she wanted to share! I thought that that was SO sweet!
I have great kids!
Jamie, of course, loves me and got me a super warm winter coat, and a heated mattress pad! YES!!!! I will now, hopefully, survive the winter!
