My hand actually looks really well, and I've almost got full use of it back, (it isn't quite as strong as it used to be, but that's all!)
I don't have a lot of pics of it, but I do have a couple.
Thank you to all those who helped out in my time of need!
This is my huge Cast.
This is the awesome bruise I had on my upper arm.
This is my rope burn scar and my pinkie surgery scar (from where they had to go in and insert a pin.)
You can't hardly even see the scar around my thumb! AWESOME!
This looks a THOUSAND times better than it did! (Doesn't it, all those who saw it "before"?)

I guess that explains your blogging hiatus. :)
Yipes. My mom had a surgery with a pin put in her wrist not long after we moved to AK. She had an accident while trying to ice skate. She had some bone grafted from her hip to her wrist as well. I don't know how long it took but now you can't see her scars unless you're really looking for them. I feel for you. It must have been difficult to care for kids let alone yourself with an arm out of comission.
